Setting clear intentions gives us the power to check in with ourselves throughout our day and our lives. The struggle comes with discovering these genuine intentions. This is why we created the intention journal.

The Intention Journal provides 3 prompts with plenty of space for you to express your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

We start off with the simple question "What's on your mind?". This creates the opportunity to clear the noise in your head and provides come clarity. 

Next, we ask "How are you being seen?" to allow you to take a step outside of yourself and explore how you are showing up for life. 

To finish, you'll "Describe how you want to show up for your life in four words". These words summarize and simplify your intentions and give you something to return to when you are feeling lost in the day-to-day.
