Why I created Lifestyle Design:
Through my career as a strength and conditioning coach, I noticed a few common desires among all of the people I worked with. The more people that came into my gym and my life, the more I understood what was driving people to make changes. I noticed that everyone, including myself, had a undeniable urge to connect with others while feeling valued and appreciated by those around them.
This led me to seek an understanding of what exactly is getting in our way when it comes to these deep-rooted human desires, and what we can do to be equipt to address those limiters when we find them. Lifestyle Design is the result of this ongoing adventure and I have to say, I love it.
We design the program around you and your personal experience. Through the 6-session program, you'll receive:
